Mahmoud Ahmadinejad I’m sure a lot of this information will be nothing new to you, maybe it will. With all the buzz going on it’s important to know who this guy is. We know that the Iranian President supports terrorism and denies the Holocaust but what is the story behind this man? What is the facts that make him so dangerous and the last person we want to have nukes? This is will be class so get your learning cap on, either way this will be enlightening for some.

    A quick biography

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was born in 1956, he is one of seven children, born into a working-class family just south of Tehrān. He studied civil engineering in college and earned a master’s degree there and a Ph.D. in engineering and traffic transportation planning. When Iraq invaded Iran in 1980, Ahmadinejad joined the Revolutionary Guard. He became an intelligence officer and rose in rank to become a senior commander. Several accounts say that he directed assassination teams during the war, including assaults carried out in Iraq. In 2003 Ahmadinejad became the mayor of Tehrān with the backing of conservative Islamic forces.

    To the presidency.

In 2005 he ran for the presidency as a member of the Developers Party, which opposed the free-market policies of his leading opponent, former president Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani. Although he was regarded as the conservative candidate, Ahmadinejad ran as a populist, focusing his campaign on issues of poverty, high unemployment, social justice, and the uneven distribution of Iran’s oil wealth. In a runoff election, he overwhelmingly defeated Rafsanjani, taking more than 60 percent of the vote.

    The controversy.

Now that you know a little of his history we can get into why this man is a problem. During a conference that’s purpose was to condemn Zionism, Admadinejad described the Holocaust as a “myth”. During an interview with {{{{{{{ he reiterated his feelings, basically saying that other people died at other wars and no one called that a Holocaust. Then there’s his stance on Israel, it’s easy to say he has plans for it. Here’s are some of his quotes.

“Israel has pushed the button of its own destruction,” said the Iranian president, who pulls the strings of its terrorist proxies on both of Israel’s fronts. “The Zionists made their worst decision and triggered their extinction by attacking Lebanon.”

“Just like Hitler, the Zionist regime is just looking for a pretext to launch military attacks.”

    Then there’s the nuke issue.

I highly doubt this guy is seeking nuclear power so he can warm his house, he is surely seeking nukes.

“Those who think, that by using such decayed tools as psychological warfare and economic sanctions, they can stop the Iranian nation’s progress are making a mistake,” Ahmadinejad said yesterday outside of Tehran.

    Another Iraq?

One has to start to wonder where this all will go. With his defiance against America and the U.N, he is starting to look a lot like Sadaam. I would not be surprised if he starts attacking other nations, one has to wonder how long it will take considering how outspoken he is about his hate towards Israel and America. He has called for the death of our soldiers and has been connected to such acts. It’s only a matter of time before he reaches his goals, America will not let that happen. The turmoil in the world is great, the threat of nuclear was is constant. One could easily ignore it and let countries collect all the arms they want. The noninterventionist would allow Iran to gather all the nukes they wish and watch as Israel is bombed. Israel of course would retaliate but there’s no doubt that it would be utter destruction.

This is but a small collection that I will update over time, this is a starting point, please feel free to email me or comment your additions. admin[@]thedailyconservative.net.
