Hillary Clinton Against the World.

I have to be honest, this is amusing. While I’m no mathematician I understand the odds of Hillary winning are absolutely zero. Being a Clinton, thick headed, she is refusing to give it. This is the prime example of why the Democrats have absolutely no chance in November; They are severely self destructive. In the minds of most Americans the Republican nomination has been over for a very long time. The Democrats on the other hand are still duking it out.

I have a feeling that during the next couple months Hillary will be tuning it down quite a bit. She will be staying in the race only to appeal to Obama for the VP spot. The tone of her victory speech for Indiana is already evidence of this change. Obama himself is changing gears and it makes you wonder if they have already had a nice long phone conversation on this issue. They have to know the damage they are causing to the party and are most likely going to stop attacking one another and try to make up for all that has already went down.

The peanut gallery is sending the message to Hillary to give up and go home. She is plugging her ears and moving on anyway. It’s one of those situations when those on the other side can’t do anything but laugh hysterically. Not only that, Superdelegates are beginning to flock over to the Obama camp. The only hope for her was the Superdelegates and I think within time that will be lost as well. But she has one last hope and she is already pulling out the stops to put it into effect, Florida and Michigan.

But what are the chances? It seems like Hillary is suggesting that they seat the delegates even though they lost them in the first place because they broke the rules. This is only one more excuse for her to stay in the race. The Clintons will cling to this election until the last nail has been placed in their coffins. It’s not about winning it’s about not quitting. It’s quite pathetic to watch them squirm for the smallest piece of hope but I can’t seem to turn my head away. In the end we can all be thankful for a weaker Democratic party.
