Today’s topic is going to be an open discussion. I could write another opinion piece but for the sake of Friday I’ll allow you to speak rather than hear me ramble on as usual. With the past two controversial rulings from the Supreme Court I thought it would be fitting for this topic to be the one for discussion. I’m looking for your thoughts on both rulings and how the court got to the place of needing to rule on them in the first place. We’ll also talk about other topics of the weak. Feel free to answer any one of these, or all.

1.) Do you believe the court made a correct ruling on the death penalty for rapists?

2.) Do you believe the court made a correct ruling on the right to bear arms?

3.) Do you beleive that the papers turned in to China from N. Korea signal a step in the right direction? Do you believe in their legitmacy?
