Sarah Palin and the Feminists

This may have struck you because it definitely confuses me. Sarah Palin is a women right? Then explain to me why the feminists haven’t stood up for her in anger over her treatment. It’s as if you have to be a certain type of woman to be considered worthy by feminists. Are they conservative? Do they value the life of unborn children? Sarah fits those criteria and it’s clear that it disqualifies her from being considered a woman worth protecting. It’s feminists against feminism.
This uncovers a truth many of us have already realized. Feminism is simply another form of liberalism. It’s not about protecting a woman’s rights as much as it is about pushing forward the ideology of liberalism. The fight for being able to chose to abort is sacred to the feminist movement. They aren’t fighting for equality. They are fighting against their gender. They hate being women and must erase all evidence of their sexuality which starts with motherhood. Sarah is a poster person for feminism and they hate it.
Clarence Thomas knows better than anyone else that your race isn’t as important as your political affiliation. Do you think people would be excited about Obama if he weren’t a Democrat? Of course not. Alan Keyes is an intelligent black man. He’s charismatic, he represents his race to his best of abilities so he should be touted by other top black political figures as a great man right? He surely isn’t and it’s clear as to why, he’s a conservative. Please explain this to me.
In the latest evidence of the liberal media’s disapproval of Sarah’s conservative ways Oprah has refused to bring her onto her show. Her reason?
“The item in today’s Drudge Report is categorically untrue. There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show. At the beginning of this Presidential campaign when I decided that I was going to take my first public stance in support of a candidate, I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates. I agree that Sarah Palin would be a fantastic interview, and I would love to have her on after the campaign is over.”
The significant of Palin’s presence on the Republican ticket should be more than enough reason for Oprah to bring her on the show. First Oprah shunned her gender by backing Obama over Hillary. Now she is spitting in the face of her own gender by banning Palin from her show. She can make up excuses but we know the truth. Palin a conservative and Oprah can’t stand that. “I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates” basically means “I don’t want anyone to see their other options because Obama must win.”
Feminists around the country should be proud of Sarah. They say they hate abortion and simply want women to have the ability to make the choice in their best interest. She choses life which is the wrong choice in their eyes so they don’t praise her for her choice. They want women to be able to chose a family life or a career and she chose both. She should be praised for that but she isn’t. Sarah is the image of a strong willed woman taking on the male establishment while raising a family. She should be rallied around by feminists as a shining example a the result of their years of hard work to be treated as equals. But she’s not and you know why; she’s a conservative.
Conservatism cancels out race. Conservatism cancels out gender. It’s not about feminism. It’s all about liberalism.
