McCain’s Performance at Last Debate Mediocre

John McCain had a clear goal at tonight’s debate. Go after Obama and knock him down a few pegs. McCain definitely came out swinging but failed to finish the job. He did address Obama’s socialist stances but didn’t attack him on Ayers and failed to come through on abortion. When the topic of abortion came up he waffled and sounded like a liberal. Give me a break John. You need to hit these issues home. For someone calling themselves a conservative you were pretty weak on several issues.

That‘s not to say Obama did a good job either. What he did do wonderfully was duck from the punches. He now supports drilling and clean coal? He needed to be corrected on that. I am glad that McCain hit him for his disgusting stance against the Born Alive Act. Barack Obama came out and gave his message clearly which may be why he will be the perceived winner. If you like socialism you’ll be drooling no matter what he says. Obama clearly supports wealth redistribution and that wasn’t attacked enough.

Obama has this crutch that no other politician has. The ability to be wrong on any issue he wants and not be hurt by it. Obama comes out and says, “we need solutions for health care, the economy and world hunger!” For some reason that’s all that some people need. No explanation and no need to discuss his plans. All he has to do is say he has a plan. This is ridiculous. So-called independents on Fox News overwhelmingly thoughts Obama won. This is complete nonsense. Obama won if you win by saying things need fixed without talking about the fix.

Here’s what you have to realize tonight. You either support socialism or you don’t. Do you want to take people’s money to spread it around? Do you like Cuba’s health care? Go for it. Because when it comes down to it there are two types of people voting this year. Those that don’t have and will accept it no matter who it has to be stolen from and those being robbed to give to the other people. Simple as that. It’s more black and white than you think. Are you undecided? Seriously, do I need to go through all the reasons why you should know who to vote for?
