John Murtha, the lunatic that accused marines of killing civilians in cold blood, has graced his home state with more of his charm and wisdom. According to John “cold blood” Murtha, western Pennsylvania is a bunch of racists. I take offense to that John! Being a resident of Western Pennsylvania, and someone who has black friends and is anything but racist, I take great offense to your claims. You need to go home and take a nap.

Democratic Rep. John Murtha said Wednesday his home base of western Pennsylvania is racist and that could reduce Barack Obama’s victory margin in the state by 4 percentage points.

The 17-term Democratic congressman told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in a story posted Wednesday on its Web site: “There is no question that western Pennsylvania is a racist area.”

Murtha said it has taken time for many Pennsylvania voters to come around to embracing a black presidential candidate, but that Obama should still win the state, though not in a runaway.

Give Murtha a hand. He represents Pennsylvania liberals well. If you throw out the race card before anything happens you have an excuse when he loses. Brilliant. It won’t be because his economic plans are disastrous or that he is for abortion as much as many are against it. It will be because he is black. Thanks John, it’s important for my fellow Pennsylvanians to see how shallow you think we are.
