The latest web ad is quite infuriating. The man that is supposed to be fighting for the middle class wants you to ditch work to knock on doors and make phone calls for him. Every hour counts and I can’t believe he would ask this of anyone. If people support him enough to lose an entire day’s pay they are already going to take the day off. To spend the money to produce a web ad to ask for people to ditch work is out of touch and insulting. People have to pay their bills Barack. They can’t be calling in sick to knock on doors for you. I’d be saying the same thing if McCain made a video like this.

That’s right people. You can’t make history from your couch, playing a Nintendo Wii or going to work to feed your children. The only way you can make history is to ditch that pointless eight hour shift, get out and knock on doors and magically convince your entire neighborhood to vote for a socialist. This is the kind of revealing ads that we need. Barack needs to come out with a video asking you to open your check book and write a blank check for him. This will make spreading your wealth around a bit easier. Nice tactics, telling poor people to skip out on work. It’s not like they need the hours.

I wonder what those arugula prices are doing these days?
