Wealth redistribution, it’s the Obama campaign’s bread and butter. Joe Biden calls it fairness and says that it’s patriotic. Now Obama says that we’re selfish if we don’t support high taxation and his outrageous spending programs. Considering Obama’s desire to spread our wealth does he do the same thing in his life? Does Biden share his wealth with those in need? The simple answer is no they don’t.

Barack Obama doesn’t seem to reach out to his own family in their time of need. Reports were going around a little while ago about Obama’s half brother living in a hut in Nairobi, Kenya. George Hussein Onyango Obama lives as modest a life as anyone can. Living off of just $1 a months it’s stunning that his well off brother hasn’t tossed him a couple bones. Jerome Cosi, author of Obamanation, tried to meet with him to donate some funds but was deported by the government.

“Huruma is a tough place, last January during the elections there was rioting and six people were hacked to death. The police don’t even arrest you they just shoot you.

“I have seen two of my friends killed. I have scars from defending myself with my fists. I am good with my fists.”

Now it has surfaced that Obama’s Aunt has been living in the United States illegally for the past four years and resides in government housing. Obama claims he didn’t know but not surprisingly she donated $265 to his campaign which is also illegal. He says it will be returned now that she’s been uncovered of course. On top of that she has disobeyed a deportation order back to Kenya. Obama doesn’t want to talk about it and basically says it is typical politics from McCain. The typical politics of asking serious questions.

Axelrod said Obama did not have a close relationship to Onyango.

The campaign will return $265 in contributions that Onyango made to Obama, citing prohibitions against foreign nationals donating to American campaigns.

The Associated Press reported that Onyango had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. Onyango is living in public housing in Boston.

Senior strategist Robert Gibbs shut down any line of questioning Thursday when news broke about Obama’s relative, telling reporters, “I’m not going to get into it.”

Reporters asked, “Why not?”

“I’m just not,” Gibbs said.

For a guy worth over a million dollars and advocating spreading the wealth he sure is stingy. If I was strapped like that I think I could toss my aunt and brother a couple bones. Joe Biden isn’t any better. He’s not worth as much but it’s interesting to note that he has donated a measly $3,690 in charitable donations over the last decade or 0.2% of his income. Biden was a bit generous towards his own family and routed $2 million to family companies over his career. How nice.

Remember, spread the wealth, just not Obama or Biden’s wealth.
