We Have to Decide

Every once and awhile you have to make a drastic move to get things done. If the route you are taking just isn’t working and you’re desperate for results the answer may be a change of scenery. I am not a registered Republican but I know a lot of conservatives are. You have to keep a close eye on the next couple months because you may need to make a drastic move to keep the movement going forward. I’m literally talking about dumping the GOP. It may be necessary if they don’t get their act together.

What’s the point of hanging around if they no longer fight for our values? There will always be a few conservatives in the party but I really don’t see things getting any better. We can continue to fight in this party as we quickly become the small voice no one listens to or we can ship out and start a new. We cannot continue to reward a party that is supposed to be fighting for us that refuses to do just that. You want proof of the GOP’s dissent from conservative rationality? The official platform now says we have to fight “global warming.”

They want to change the face of their party because they feel America is shifting to the left. Of course America is shifting to the left because leadership on the right is nonexistent! You want to know why you lost so badly this election cycle? Because you have nothing to offer. Why would a nation get behind a party that can’t even maintain it’s self? There’s no way that they can continue to drift blindly into the darkness of liberalism and expect people like me to support their candidates.

The best route at this moment is to shift to no-affiliation. If you agree with the tactics of the Republican Party than I’m sure you’re excited to see this transformation. If you’re a real conservative–NOT a neoconservative–you are more than likely disgusted with the turn of events. I would urge you to re-register as an independent and allow the party to make it’s next set of moves. Once they do we will know what they plan to do. If they shift back to the right and return to conservative roots then we can get back in the game. If not, we will have to make our advances from a shroud of mystery. We must vote out the neocons and bring conservatism back to it’s roots.

The right to life, small government, low spending, a strong national defense and a strong border. Period.
