Obama Fears Limbaugh

If you’re like me you’re confused as to why the Democrats and Obama are wasting their time chastising Limbaugh. The reason is simple, they are starting to realize the country isn’t going to lay down for them and Limbaugh is leading the way. With millions of conservative listeners a day Obama knows that Rush has a lot of influence. The DNC has worked very hard to shut up the right and were finally starting to feel like they have everything under their control. The harsh reality is setting in that they can not rely on conservatives to kiss their boots.
You start to get the idea that they don’t want bipartisanship from the GOP. They want complete and unquestionable cooperation. It’s only bipartisan when you’re cooperating with their plans. When the GOP members were trying to pass funding for our troops and they bawked it was ok. It only matters when the right won’t work with them. Only then is the other side refusing to help fix the economy. Isn’t that clever? Refusing to support a $1 trillion dollar bill filled with wasteful spending is refusing to be bipartisan in their eyes. If being bipartisan means abandoning conservative principles the GOP should continue to revolt.
Rush has come out as the lead voice because he refuses to bow down to anyone. Obama’s response makes you realize he isn’t too happy with anyone that disagrees with him. Freedom of speech doesn’t exist if it’s used to denounce The One. You have to be asking yourself why the President of the United States is taking the time to chastise a private citizen. How would you feel if Obama told you to stop listening to your favorite radio show? Obama needs to worry about himself, whatever Rush wants to say and whoever wants to listen is not up to him. Telling anyone to not listen to Rush is a power grab. Back off buddy, you’re not the King of the United States.
This is great news for people like you and me. Obama is more worried about a talk show host than he is of the Republican politicians on the hill. He should worry less about a private citizen and more about fixing the economy. So far Obama has done nothing but pony up favors for those that got him into the White House. I really hope this bill passes. That’s right, I don’t want it to fail. I want us all to look back two or three years from now and realize how Obama’s bad decisions caused the complete collapse of our economy. We need to witness that we cannot spend ourselves out of a recession. This will only exacerbate the issues and result in painful and debilitating inflation.
The lesson here is to keep you eyes and ears wide open this first year of Obama. The decisions he makes and policies that he fight for will define how the economy performs over the next four years. His unrelenting spending combined with out of control taxes will cripple our economy. The president was put into power because a massive following of people put their hopes and dreams in him succeeding. Like a late night televangelist you dail in, hand over your credit card number and put your hopes in a man with nothing but your money in mind. There is a legitimate savior, real answers and a real hope for America; Obama is oblivious to them all.
