CatholicVote.org released a video recently that hits the nail on abortion in 40 seconds better than I’ve ever seen anyone do in any amount of time. The issues has always been the center of my political agenda and I refuse to lay down to anyone. The leagues of so-called conservatives that came out to support Obama are fooling themselves thinking he will tread lightly on the issue. When a man calls a child a punishment, refuses to support a bill that requires doctors to treat babies after an abortion failed and uses his first few days in office to overturn a policy that banned our federal tax dollars from being used for foreign abortions you have a man that will be anything but centered on the issue of abortion.
The argument that I have heard repeatedly is that everyone is pro-life and that Obama will work to reduce the number of abortions. He’s off to a great start isn’t he? He has a weird way of reducing abortion, sending tax payer dollars to pay for them. Then you have the Freedom of Choice Act, a bill that will single handily force abortion onto a nation of scared and desperate women looking for answers. Why aren’t these same people fighting for federal money to help couples adopt? It’s too hard, the reason women have abortions is to bypass the struggle involved in delivering a baby full term. I would happily pay a tax to help match unwanted children with willing foster parents. That won’t happen, the kill and suction method is much easier.
If the left wants to sincerely meet us in the middle I would fully support it. I am happy to have a bipartisan effort to limit abortion with few exceptions and to expand efforts to make adoptions easier. Liberals like to say they only support abortions to save the mother’s life and that would be a legitimate excuse if most received abortions for that reason. Time and again polls show that abortions are not done for health reasons. Abortions are, more so than not, performed for convenience. They don’t want the child and that is why they kill it off. America continues to allow abortions for the worse of reasons. This president will continue the tradition of convenient abortions.
The irony of it all? Planned Parenthood was an organization started by Margaret Sanger, a noted racist. Her motives were simple yet destructive, to exterminate as many black individuals as possible. Sanger made various quotes in her life time that would lead you to believe she was simply doing her part to do away with the unfit or mentally challenged. You start to get the idea that she sounded a lot like Hitler in the fact that she felt certain individuals should not be permitted to live or procreate.

“The most merciful thing that a family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.”
“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”
Now we have our first black president pushing forward acts that were once used to extinguish his own race. Black women are three times more likely to have an abortion than a white woman. Like I mentioned, the majority of abortion are not performed to save the woman’s life. According to the Guttmacher Institute [pdf] only 12% had an abortion for health reasons. That means 88% are killing their children because they or someone else does not want them. You have to change your argument pro-choicers. You want abortion to be legal so you don’t have to be burdened with a child. Can we really say, as a nation, that it’s ok to kill a child because someone doesn’t want them?
It’s time we all sit down and realize what we’re dealing with here. Abortion is a so-called medical procedure that became popular because of a women who wanted to exterminate the Negro population. Even though around 13% of America is black 31% of all abortions are performed on black women. The effort to convince poverty sticken black women to abort their children has reached it’s pinnacle with our first black president proudly proclaiming abortion as a right. The transformation has been made, the targeted is now targeting his own. It’s time we stand up for the unborn and teach America that every life counts. Abortion is not the only option.
