    About

The Daily Conservative started off as a way for me to express my feelings in regards to politics and life. I had one goal, to be successful. I quickly learned that success came in many forms with a blog. I had to decide for myself what success meant. I don't know if I am there yet and I will continue to press for that goal. While I haven't reached that sweet spot the blog is taking off. I really enjoy sharing my thoughts with so many people and I am flattered to have so many of you take interest in what I have to say.

The Daily Conservative has also expanded into a multi-author blog. I am the only official author but you will notice a steady stream of guest writers on the blog as well. I am always looking for like minded conservatives to share their thoughts and you can inquire about that here. If you are a well know blogger, a begginner or just someone interested in the niche I would love to hear from you. Sometimes you just want to share your passion with others. I get that, if you would like to give it a shot check out this page and send me a message.

I invite you to challenge your way of thinking. This blog has also been a political journey for me. I started knowing everything and quickly learned I wasn't so knowledgeable. I now understand how complex any single issue can be. I consider myself a student, there is always more for me to learn. I started off as a typical conservative, I really didn't know what that meant though. Even when I started the website I wasn't sure. I knew I wasn't a liberal and went with it. While I am most definitely a conservative I have come to realize I am a Conservative Libertarian. In my deep search for political meaning I was beginning to think I was a full-out Libertarian. For various reasons I came to the conclusion I hold some similar feelings but disagree on other important issues.

Life's a journey isn't it? The minute you think you have learned all there is to know about your passion you have failed as a human being. We should always reach for more and be ready to challenge our thinking. Some things never change, we hold onto those morals with all our might. Questioning our faith in these systems is healthy. Through doubt we become stronger. The only way to strengthen our core is to constantly test it. I urge you to test yourself and promise to never stop testing the things I have and will continue to learn.

I hope you enjoy what you read,
