Barack Obama has made his campaign off of bashing President Bush. For his campaign to work he has to remind you constantly that we are in financial turmoil. Just like a typical Democrat the worse America is doing the better it is for him. Being so willing to look behind him you might imagine that he wouldn’t mind people digging into his past. That’s has not been the case. Why is Obama so afraid to talk about his history? We’re all finding that out and it’s very frightening.

Barack’s roots in radicalism bring his judgment into question. His participation in the radical left wing organization the New Party reveals that he started off his political career not only under the wing of Bill Ayers but pushing a socialist agenda as well. Even though he has tried to ignore these facts it’s crucial that we continue to discuss them. His radical influences don’t stop there. His mentor and spiritual guide for twenty years, Jeremiah Wright, is best know for his hateful and racist remarks that are surely a part of Obama’s philosophical view on life. Even his wife reflects Jeremiah’s feelings and remarked that she hadn’t been proud of her country until Barack started to win the primaries.

Barack’s clever plan is to hide behind the current economic disaster. His solution is to ramble on about McCain not having solutions when I have failed to hear anything other than wealth redistribution from Obama and his sidekick Biden. If his economic plan is to tax the wealthy it is clear that it’s not a plan to fix but worsen the economy. The clever strategy seems to be to mutter President Bush’s name anytime a relevant question is raised. Maybe his sheepish Democrats will allow him to do this but intelligent Americans won’t have any of it.

So while Barack keeps wishing he was facing Bush in the elections we’ll keep asking about his past. Between having a racist as a religious mentor, a terrorist and radical as a friend, a slumlord as a key fundraiser, ACORN gathering votes illegally for him, receiving illegal online funds, and his participation in the New Party you have a dangerous combination for the White House. Questionable connection after connection and all he wants to do is talk about President Bush. You should be worried.

President Bush and most of congress for rushed for the bailout like tomorrow wouldn’t exist without it. They did their best to convince us that without that trillion dollar bailout that the markets were going to crash and that a great depression was on it’s way. We didn’t buy it but our congress did. Instead of denying Wall St. an excuse to continue in it’s corrupted ways that caused their down fall the men and women we voted into office proudly voted to give away our hard earned tax dollars. They figured that an initial $700 billion wasn’t enough money to waste and the Senate gladly threw in $100 billion in earmarks to top it off nicely. Sprinkles anyone?

Sadly I have to admit how wrong I was. The bailout was actually successful in–what–the markets aren’t flourishing? They continue to fall even though the magic pill was swallowed! No way! So after the urgent, get it done now, bailout was past President Bush decided to change pace and explained why it wasn’t working, yet.

“We have shown the world that the United States of America will stabilize our financial markets and maintain a leading role in the global economy,” he said.

Really now? The Dow has dropped 21 percent in just the past 10 trading days. I wonder when this magical bailout is supposed to work? After the recession is done walking home owners out of their houses? If this bailout bill was so damn urgent why isn’t it working now? Why all of a sudden do we have to patiently wait for it to work? If that was the case why did we do it at all? Why not just let the market crash instead of spending a trillion dollars on the market while it still crashes? Am I insane or is our government bending us all over for it’s amusement?

As we watch the local and global markets crash and we recover from the soreness we have to really look at what just happened to us. It’s clear that the corruption has not been fixed. Like dumping gasoline on a camp fire it has only gotten a million, or should I say a trillion, times worse. Maybe I’m just a little upset. Maybe these people behind the companies really do care about us little people. In reality, I’m sure they have managed their money well and will be doing their best to make sure this never happens again.

But you know I’m just kidding. What did AIG do after it received it’s check from sugar daddy government? They Went on vacation of course!

Days after it got a federal bailout, American International Group Inc. spent $440,000 on a posh California retreat for its executives, complete with spa treatments, banquets and golf outings, according to lawmakers investigating the company’s meltdown.

How nice. I hope you guys had a good time! What do you think the fed did to reprimand these people? I bet they went right over there and demanded an explanation. Yeah right.

The Federal Reserve Board said Wednesday that it would provide up to an additional $37.8 billion to the insurance giant, the American International Group, to help the company deal with a continuing liquidity crisis.

What did the former head man from Fannie May do to celebrate his former companies recent successes? He bought a house!

Franklin Raines, the former top man at Fannie Mae, bought a three-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse condominium in the West End’s Ritz-Carlton Residences for $4.9 million. The condo has a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, a butler’s pantry, and three parking spaces. Raines, director of the US Office of Management and Budget under President Clinton, was CEO of Fannie Mae from 1999 to 2004.

Regulators have said that of the $90 million paid to Mr. Raines from 1998 to 2003 at least $52 million — more than half — was tied to bonus targets that were reached by manipulating accounting,” The New York Times reported two years ago.

So while the corrupted keep living high off of our dollar we’re just going to sit back and watch. I may laugh a little, I may, as the markets come crashing down. Not because I am happy that people are losing their houses or because the tax payer is being raped but because these wealthy individuals will not feel a thing. They won’t feel your pain when you lose your life savings and can’t retire. They won’t even blink as you stare at your house from the box you are now living in down the street. Nope, they won’t feel a thing and you know who you have to thank for that? Your government.

While Barack Obama is running around telling you how much the government should be in control of I want you to think back to all of this. Can we afford the government to be in control of anything other than what’s necessary? I don’t think so. I’ll even bet Wall St. on it. After all, what do we have to lose?

Looking at our current situation and the things that are allowed now I would disagree with anyone that thinks we still are a Christian nation. The simple fact that we have to fight for the Ten Commandments to be in a court house and for the public display of a nativity set proves we are not what we used to be. If anything America has quickly become a secular nation with her eyes on the gifts of the world and no where near the gifts in heaven.

The popular saying ‘WWJD’ is clearly not in the minds of those that create and debate law in our country. Thanks to the courts it is completely legal to kill an unborn child for no better excuse than you don’t want it. Jesus was clear on the preciousness of our children and the bible proclaims that God has known us before we were even in the womb. Our lives are far more precious than choice activists would have you think. A country that allows murder under a veil of so-called choice is not one following in the footsteps of any Christ that I know. I am quite confident that there is a special place in hell for non-believers that commit this selfish act that has been painted as a medical procedure.

California is also a strong symbol of Godlessness in America. Gay marriage has become the staple of this state and God was very clear on his disapproval of such an act. God was against it so much that he destroyed two cities that were committing acts of homosexuality and other acts of sin towards Him. In a purely Christian nation such marriages would not be heard of. There’s no doubt in my mind that this plays further into the separation of God, Christ and our founding father’s original intent for America. Can we get back to where we were? Perhaps, but the bible is clear that things will only get worse as the second coming gets closer.

Since we’re on this discussion it’s interesting to note the motives of Obama and Biden. Biden calls wealth redistribution fairness. God would call it stealing and his motives coveting. God was clear enough about His feelings on stealing. So much so that he put it in the Ten Commandments. How much clearer can he be? The act of stealing is bad but so is the act of wishing for someone else’s wealth or possessions. Joe calls himself a Catholic so perhaps he should know this one.

Finally, the desires of the government to allow the Word of God to be removed from the public eye outlines our path away from what we were founded on. A Christian nation would not allowing any other gods to be worshiped. I’m sure he isn’t happy with the greed, laziness or downright corruption that is rooted in our political system. We are not longer a Christian nation. We are just a secular nation that still permits Christians to exist. One day, who knows, we may not even be allowed to do that. Give them time, I’m sure they’re working on it.
This is something to note considering the effort from leftist groups to paint Palin as a radical that was supposedly a member of AIP, a group that looks to vote for Alaska to secede from America, but which was revealed as a lie. This on the other hand has more damning evidence other than a random member claiming it to be true.

What was the “New Party?”

The New Party was a radical left organization, established in 1992, to amalgamate far left groups and push the United States into socialism by forcing the Democratic Party to the left. It was an attempt to regroup the forces on the left in a new strategy to take power, burrowing from within. The party only lasted until 1998, when its strategy of “fusion” failed to withstand a Supreme Court ruling. But dissolving the party didn’t stop the membership, including Barack Obama, from continuing to move the Democrats leftward with spectacular success.

The group looked to re-introduce the fusion electoral system but what is that?

Fusion is a pretty simple concept. A candidate could run as both a Democrat and a New Party member to signal the candidate was, in fact, a left-leaning candidate, or at least not a center-left DLC type candidate. If the candidate — let’s call him Barack Obama — received only 500 votes in the Democratic Party against another candidate who received 1000 votes, Obama would clearly not be the nominee. But, if Obama also received 600 votes from the New Party, Obama’s New Party votes and Democratic votes would be fused. He would be the Democratic nominee with 1100 votes.

Read the rest of the explanation here.

Now onto the evidence of Obama’s membership in this party.

RedState first uncovered the proof of Obama’s attempt to seek the nomination of the New Party back in May. More evidence has been uncovered in the form of an archived page from the New Party’s website. The page was scrubbed from the internet but thanks to archive.org it has been revealed again. Here is the full text of the article just in case it magically disappears from there as well.

October 1996 Update :
Running to Win : The Key Races
New Party members are busy knocking on doors, hammering down lawn signs, and phoning voters to support NP candidates this fall. Here are some of our key races:

Arkansas: The Little Rock New Party has a full slate of candidates up for election in November. LRNP steering committee member Michael Booker is running unopposed for re-election to the Arkansas State House. Two NP members - Paul Kelly and Genevieve Stewart - are running for at-large (city-wide) city council positions. And in a head-to-head battle between the New Party and the conservative right, NP member Jayne Cia faces the Arkansas state chair of Empower America (Jack Kemp and Bill Bennett’s organization) for a Justice of the Peace (county board) position.

Illinois: Three NP-members won Democratic primaries last Spring and face off against Republican opponents on election day: Danny Davis (U.S. House), Barack Obama (State Senate) and Patricia Martin (Cook County Judiciary).

Maryland: Two New Party members are up for school board seats this fall: Doyle Niemann in Prince George’s County and Dan Parr in Montgomery County.

Minnesota: Despite the successful effort by conservative Democratic Party forces to deny Progressive Minnesota the opportunity to use fusion this fall, the state legislative candidates that sought our nomination still see themselves as Progressive Minnesota candidates, and we’re still backing them in the general election. PM/NP endorsed candidates include Ellen Anderson, Karen Clark, Andy Dawkins, Linda Higgins, and Sandy Pappas. Progressive Minnesota has also endorsed Green Party State Assembly candidate Cam Gordon.

New York: The New Party of Long Island is backing three candidates for office this Fall: State Assembly candidate Tom DiNapoli and Congressional candidates Carolyn McCarthy and Nora Bredes. NP members collected the necessary signatures to nominate progressive Democratic Assemblyman Tom DiNapoli on the New Party line, making this the first Democratic Party/New Party fusion effort. The chapter is supporting a major voter registration drive in African-American and Hispanic communities in McCarthy’s district.

Washington, DC: DC New Democracy/NP is backing ten candidates for Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (Almedith Bass-Williams, John Jordan, Laine McRaney, Henry Fernandez, Todd Mosley, Daniel Rosenberg, Gerry Lorentz, Will Hill, Dennis Dolinger, Violet Hewlett), neighborhood-based councils that represent community concerns to the mayor and city council. In addition, DCND is recruiting candidates to run write-in campaigns in some of the 80-odd ANC races with no candidate.

Wisconsin: In addition to the four Progressive Milwaukee-backed candidates running for state office (Spencer Coggs, Dale Dulberger, Gwendolynne Moore, Johnnie Morris-Tatum, see Sept Update), two New Party members in Fox Valley are running for the state assembly. Progressive Fox Valley founder and chair Tony Palmeri is in a surprisingly close race against an four-term incumbent conservative Republican in Oshkosh. New Party and AFSCME (American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees) member Corky Van Handel is also running for the state assembly in a nearby district. Both are running as Democrats.

Barack Obama has arrived at just the right time. The economy is failing, President Bush has drove the Republican brand into the ground and people are bound to vote for Obama just in spite of all that. The margin of victory will be the most important factor in whether or not a new era will be triggered. A large and decisive win will result in the complete reform of American politics into the visions of Barack Obama. We will most likely be looking at eight to sixteen years of Liberal control over our lives and our constitutional rights.

If the political landscape were to change the promises from Democrats over the years will finally come into being. The promise of free and on demand abortion is perhaps the scariest of results from this new era. Roe V. Wade will be nothing compared to the free for all mentality Obama has towards abortion. His stance on the Born Alive Infant Protection Act reveals his desire to defend abortion to the highest of extremes. You can guarantee that under this revolution that abortion will be easy, free, and paid by your tax dollars and can be preformed at any time in the pregnancy.

The truth of the matter is that Obama has this unhealthy obsession with his abortion views. He voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act three times. He is trying to hide from his votes now and it’s clear why. Who wouldn’t be ashamed of their positive views on infanticide? The problem branches out to the Supreme Court. The next president is more than likely going to chose three or four Supreme Court Justices. You know the type of people Obama is going to choose. You can only image the damage to our constitution with a court full of judges who think just like Obama.

Barack Obama’s sidekick believes that wealth redistribution is fairness. In reality it’s a crucial part to the new socialism that will be put into affect. You only have to look at Obama’s spending plan to see how close to a socialism we will be. The successful of America will have to decide if they are willing to give away their money to they less fortunate for what Biden calls patriotism. If I was one of these people you can guarantee I’d be moving myself and my money out of this country. People who earn their money deserve their money. The government does not deserve our money and should not be allowed to rape us with extreme and punishing taxes.

The civil rights movement is going to be something completely different under this Obama era. The honorable movement to see blacks in America treated as equals will turn into a rights movement for sexual preference and the right to display it for all to see. Just take a look at some pictures taken at their fairs to see what they want to flaunt. The homosexual agenda will take the lead as Obama pushes for gay rights above traditional couples rights. You can only imagine the cost of Obama’s so-called free health care system as we are forced to pay for the hospital bills of people who have gotten their diseases from lifestyle choices. It is not our responsibility and we should not have their lifestyles forced upon us. Whatever they do behind closed doors is perfectly fine with me but that’s not where they want to take their habits. With Obama our children and families will have to endure this new civil rights movement that seeks to destroy our traditions and values.

Our founding fathers came to this country and formed our constitution with their minds set on freedom. Freedom is being able to live your life as you see fit without the government stepping in to control your actions. You can bet the constitution will be hurting when this new regime takes power over our freedoms. Barack’s stance on the second amendment is frightening. Your right to bear arms will be attacked and within time completely taken away from you. Obama has made clear that he does not approve of those that “bitterly cling to their guns.” Forget about those religious freedoms as well. That is going out the window in the name of “separation of church and state.” Christianity is offensive and will be replaced by the immoral and corrupt system of liberalism. The only permitted god will be government.

It’s quite ironic that our country is going to become no better than the country we escaped all those years ago. Under Obama our country will perform a 180. We will be dangerously similar to the tyranny that our founding fathers fought to separate from. Thomas Jefferson was clear on what he thought about Biden’s so-called fairness.

To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his father has acquired too much, in order to spare to others who (or whose fathers) have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, “to guarantee to everyone a free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it.”

The idea of stealing from the wealthy to benefit the poor is simply robbery. The government is not here to create an equal level of wealth. If people weren’t’ so dependable on welfare perhaps they would get out and work instead of allowing Uncle Sam to feed, clothe and house them. It’s a ridiculous idea that Health Care is now a right rather than a privilege. Health Care is a privilege. It is something you must earn. I don’t recall our constitution guaranteeing health and prosperity. All I see is the promise to be allowed to seek it. Obama and the era that follows will not allow you to seek success at your own whim. It will simply take from those who have already succeeded to give health care and a college education to those that haven’t.

The discussion is not whether having health care is a good thing or not. The discussion is not if it’s a good thing for people to be successful or not. The discussion is what the government’s job is. Is the governemnt here to coddle us and make sure that we have a college education, a great job and free health care? Or is it here to protect the constitution and our right to live as we please without others forcing their lifestyles on us? The new Obama era will seek to cross these boundaries. You don’t have a right to practice your religion as you see fit but you better believe you have to pay for someone else’s medical bills. You don’t have the right to raise your children as you see fit but you better believe they’re going to hand out condoms to your Kindergarten student. It’s a simple discussion of what a socialism looks like. The minority will overtake the majority when the majority is foolish enough to vote for a socialist.

John McCain doesn’t answer all the questions and definitely doesn’t make for a perfect president. But the feeling you get from McCain is that he will put the country and the constitution first. His mission isn’t to redistribute your wealth to benefit the poor. His plan isn’t to rewrite the constitution to benefit his motives. McCain will put constitutional minded individuals into the courts to protect our cherished values. Abortion may not be outlawed but it won’t be free and easy either. You have to select between two very distinct individuals. You can pick a man that will eat our constitution for lunch or you have McCain. Lesser of two evils? The comparison is far greater than that.

Obama has been trying to convince all of us lately that he is going to lower your taxes. He promises to raise taxes only on the rich. The rest of you won’t have to worry about having your taxes raised. It sounds great and all but considering Joe Biden calls wealth redistribution fairness Obama is going to have to raise a lot more taxes than just on the rich. History is the only thing you can rely on these days. Politicians can’t be trusted by what they say only by what they do. What has Obama done with regards to taxes over the years?

Obama Voted At Least 94 Times For Higher Taxes In The U.S. Senate.

To Date, Obama Has Voted For A Tax Increase Approximately Once Every Five Days Congress Has Been In Session. (RNC Research; The Library Of Congress Website, thomas.loc.gov, Accessed 6/8/08)

Obama Voted At Least 12 Times For Higher Income Taxes.

Obama Voted Against Marriage Penalty Relief At Least Twice.

Obama Voted Against Extending The Expanded Child Tax Credit.

Obama Voted At Least 3 Times Against Repealing The 1993 Income Tax Increase On Social Security Benefits.

Obama Has Voted At Least 5 Times Against Providing Relief From The Alternative Minimum Tax.

Obama Has Voted At Least 7 Times Against Tax Incentives Benefitting Small Business.

Obama Voted Against Capital Gains Tax Cuts At Least 9 Times.

Obama Voted Against Tax Cuts On Dividend Income At Least 9 Times.

Obama Voted In Favor Of The Democrats’ FY 2009 Budget, Which Would Raise Tax Rates For Americans Earning As Little As $31,850:

Obama Voted Twice In Favor Of The Democrats’ FY 2009 Budget Resolution. (S. Con. Res. 70, CQ Vote #85, Adopted 51-44: R 2-43; D 47-1; I 2-0, 3/14/08, Obama Voted Yea; S. Con. Res. 70, CQ Vote #142: Adopted 48- 45: R 2- 44; D 44- 1; I 2-0, 6/4/08, Obama Voted Yea)

The Democrats’ Budget Would Raise Taxes On Individuals Earning As Little As $31,850. “Under both Democratic plans, tax rates would increase by 3 percentage points for each of the 25 percent, 28 percent and 33 percent brackets. At present, the 25 percent bracket begins at $31,850 for individuals and $63,700 for married couples. The 35 percent bracket on incomes over $349,700 would jump to 39.6 percent.” (Andrew Taylor, “Presidential Hopefuls To Vote On Budget,” The Associated Press, 3/13/08)

NOTE: Obama’s Vote For The Democrats’ Budget Is At Odds With His Rhetoric On The Campaign Trail, Where He Claims He’ll Provide Tax Relief For Working Americans. Obama: “I’ll give a tax cut to working people …” (Sen. Barack Obama, Remarks At A Campaign Rally, Denver, CO, 1/30/08)

OBAMA SUPPORTED HUNDREDS OF TAX INCREASES IN THE STATE SENATE

Obama Has A Record Of Voting For Higher Taxes In The Illinois State Senate:

In The State Senate, Obama Supported “Hundreds Of Tax Increases.” ABC’s Terry Moran: “[O]bama was considered a reliable liberal Democratic vote in Illinois. For instance, voting for most gun control measures, opposing efforts to ban so-called partial birth abortions and supporting hundreds of tax increases.” (ABC’s “Nightline,” 2/25/08)

In 2004, Obama Voted For A $304 Million Tax Increase On Businesses In Creating The Tax Shelter Voluntary Compliance Act. (H.B. 848, Illinois Senate Floor Third Reading, Passed 30-28-1, 5/20/04, Obama Voted Yea; Dave McKinney, “Blagojevich Threatens Up To 5,000 State Layoffs,” Chicago Sun-Times, 5/21/04)

The Legislation “Triggered A Huge Outcry From Business Groups,” Which Contended It Would “Drive Companies Out Of State” And Cost Jobs. “The governor’s bid to raise taxes and fees by close to $400 million and reel in another $300 million-plus in corporate tax breaks has triggered a huge outcry from business groups, which contend the moves will drive companies out of state and cause Illinois to lose jobs.” (Dave McKinney and Leslie Griffy, “Blagojevich Threatens Up To 5,000 State Layoffs,” Chicago Sun-Times, 5/21/04)

In 2003, Obama Voted For A Bill “That Raised A Huge Number Of Fees And Taxes” On Businesses And Licenses. “Obama voted for a bill during the 2003 Illinois General Assembly legislative session that raised a huge number of fees and taxes for businesses and licenses to cover day-to-day expenses of state government.” (Terrence L. Barnich, Op-Ed, “4 Partisan Questions For Obama,” Chicago Tribune, 7/29/04)

The Legislation Negatively Impacted Illinois’ Trucking Industry, Costing The State 25,000 Licensed Trucks In 2005. “Almost 17,000 fewer commercial trucks and 2,700 fewer trucking companies have been registered in Illinois for 2005, fueling the trucking industry’s claim that Gov. Rod Blagojevich is driving businesses out of the state with his new fees and business taxes.” (Brian Wallheimer, “Governor’s New Fees Are Driving Trucking Firms Out Of Illinois, Industry Says,” St. Louis Post- Dispatch, 5/5/04)

In 2003, Obama Voted To Tax Natural Gas Purchased Outside Of Illinois. (S.B. 1733, Bill Status, www.ilga.gov, Accessed 2/11/08; S.B. 1733: Concurrence In House Amendment #4, Passed 31-27-00, 5/31/03, Obama Voted Yea)

The Natural Gas Tax Made Natural Gas More Expensive For Industrial Buyers Such As Manufacturers. “The natural gas tax. A new policy under Blagojevich’s budget will make natural gas more expensive to industrial buyers. Currently, Illinois offers an exemption on the sales tax paid for natural gas, but the new budget ends that exemption, a move that could become a major expense for steel mills and other factories that use large quantities of natural gas.” (Kevin McDermott, “Area Dodged Legislative Hit On Schools, Roads,” St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 6/8/03)

Obama Voted For The Natural Gas Tax, Which Threatened Jobs, At The Same Time That Illinois Was Leading The Nation In Jobs Lost. “Just as harmful to the state’s economy are the large taxes on natural gas brought from out-of-state suppliers and the rolling stock sales tax. Both of these taxes will negatively affect important businesses as well as the employees who are dependent on these Illinois companies. I have received phone calls and letters from all sectors of the business community who reported that the projected loss of revenues due to these increased taxes and fees may well cause them to close their facilities in Illinois and move to a more business-friendly surrounding state while still serving Illinois customers. Illinois leads the nation in jobs lost. We cannot afford to drive more businesses from our state.” (State Rep. Carolyn Krause, Op-Ed, “Increase Tax Incentives, Not Taxes For Businesses,” Chicago Tribune, 6/13/03)

In 1999, Obama Voted In Favor Of S.B. 1028 To Create The Illinois First Infrastructure Program, Which Raised 146 Taxes And Fees. (S.B. 1028: Senate Floor Third Reading, Passed, 58-0-0, 3/23/99, Obama Voted Yea; S.B. 1028: Senate Conference Committee Report, Passed, 42-17-0, 5/21/99, Obama Voted Yea; Editorial, “Jack Ryan Woefully Unprepared For Attack On Obama,” The State Journal-Register, 4/18/04)

You can listen to the ramblings from either camps about where they stand on taxes. Looking at the above list does it seem like Obama is going to lower your taxes? The Bush tax cuts were affective. How many of you received a nice little rebate check? I know my mother did and she isn’t even in the middle class and she received one. Don’t listen to Obama saying he is going to cut taxes for 95% of American. Only 1/3 of American’s pay taxes! Blatant lies from a man with a history of wanting to raise your taxes.

Remember this story? Sarah Palin’s email was hacked last month and screenshots of her emails were spread via 4chan, an internet message board. Several websites were more than happy to inhale the haterade and posted the images on their sites including Gawker and Wikileak. While these people were having a laugh at the expense of a public figures privacy the details of who was responsible for the illegal activity was quickly being uncovered. It looks like the wannabe hacker is going to get what he deserves which will hopefully be some jail time.

A Democratic state representative’s son has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Tennessee for intentionally hacking into Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s personal e-mail account.

David C. Kernell, 20, was charged with one count of breaking into the Republican vice presidential nominee’s personal Yahoo e-mail account. Kernell, an economics student at the University of Tennessee, is the son of state Rep. Michael Kernell of Memphis.

According to the Justice Department, Kernell turned himself in to authorities.

He plead not guilty in federal court in Knoxville, Tenn., on Wednesday.

He was released without posting bond, but the court imposed several conditions. Kernell is not allowed to own a computer and can only use the Internet to check e-mail and do class work.

It’s no surprise that he is a child of a Democratic state representative. He even admitted that the reason he hacked into her email was to find incrimination evidence but admitted he found “nothing incriminating, nothing that would derail her campaign as I had hoped, all I saw was personal stuff, some clerical stuff from when she was governor”

Not only did he hack into her email he then passed her password information along to the users of 4chan. A long with the personal pictures and emails he listed her contacts. A clear disregard for someone’s private information. I just hope this kid likes it when his life is torn apart. You can’t go around breaking the law just because you feel untouchable online. He thought he was slick by hiding being a proxy but obviously forgot to hide his identity.

If you were hoping for something interesting to happen last night you would have been very disappointment by what went down. Instead of being an open format debate like a town hall should be it was just another typical moderated debate. Brokaw took it upon himself to take the reigns and make the debate his own.

You got the feeling that Tom was trying to make the debate about him as much as possible. He intervened constantly and reminded the two men of the rules. Instead of a line of interesting questions from concerned voters we got more hand picked crap by an obviously bias moderated. Wake me up when it’s over.

If you were hoping for another streamlined debate where the candidates got to repeat their campaign platforms you would have been very happy with last night’s results. The American people were robbed of an opportunity to see the candidates answer questions they don’t typically encounter. Instead we were presented with a complete snoozefest. Barack Obama comes on top of course because he was in his comfort zone. He didn’t have to answer any questions out of the ordinary and it denied McCain the chance to be himself which he does best.

If you’re not blindly in love with Obama you got to hear another case against his radical stances on the war and the economy. Having voted to raise taxes almost a 100 times you’d have to be foolish to believe he is going to start cutting them now. Having been a huge critic of the Iraq War since the beginning he now wants to invade Pakistan without any sort of approval from the people or the government.

The most interesting bit you should have gotten out of it was how catered the whole debate was to Obama. “I’m just hired help,” said Tom. “You’re doing great!” Said his Lord Obama. The plan seems to be to protect Obama as much as possible. Don’t let people see him for his real self. The self that is unpredictable and dangerously untested.

The economic habits of Clinton are conservative compared to what an Obama administration would be like. Clinton’s desire to raise taxes was thankfully curved by a Republican congress. The credit is always given to Clinton but a mixture of the dot com bubble and Republicans pushing Clinton to cut capital gains tax cuts and curb spending resulting brought the result of the boom that we saw. Now, thanks to the recent fall of the dollar and the war in Iraq the deficit is out of control. You think it’s bad now? Just wait.

Barack’s plan–like any other liberal Democrat–is to cause wealth redistribution by taxing the highest earners in America. If you listen to Biden you understand why they want to punish the successful. He calls wealth redistribution fairness. If you work your tail off, catch a few breaks and become successful it’s fair to have to give away your money to those that haven’t taken the same route? Yeah, it doesn’t make sense to me either.

So the plan for Barack is simple. Cut and run in Iraq, raise taxes on the job creators and small business owners to pay for his socialistic welfare, health care and social security programs. If you think this is good for the poor than you’re wrong. It’s simple economics: if the owner of the local grocery store is taxed more and has to pay his entry positions more he has to raise the prices of his product to make ends meet. When he isn’t getting any business because the milk is $6 a gallon he is forced to cut jobs so he can lower prices. When taxes are low and the he is making a decent profit he will be able to hire more workers and keep prices competitive. Simple.

For the people who don’t understand the markets or realize that we are lucky we aren’t doing worse being in a time of war you’re going to vote for Obama. If you lack the understanding of simple economics and how it is bad to tax small businesses you’re going to go crazy for Obama. You have to think about this on a larger scale. Throwing money at the economy isn’t going to work. The bailout has proved just that. The rich pay the most taxes so taxing them more is not necissary. Keep taxes low, build up the free economy and allow the job makers to make the jobs. Don’t punish them for their success or for so-called fairness.

I can see it now. Muslims swarming to vote for Obama because of that little rumor Obama is a Muslim himself. Even if it’s not true it’s going to have an affect on the perhaps too small to measure Muslim-American votes. But what would you think if a mosque was being used to attract voters for Obama? Would you care? If you’re an Obama supporter I’m sure you wouldn’t. What if a Christian church had a get out the vote effort specifically for McCain? Mooveon.org would be going insane!

But that’s exactly what’s happening.

The group, Muslim Americans for Obama [MAFO], insists that all of its voter registration activity is non-partisan, despite the fact that its mission statement says it was launched in August 2008 “to provide a vehicle for Muslim-American supporters of Barack Obama to organize and mobilize our fellow citizens to get out the vote to elect Barack Obama the next president of the United States.”

Yeah we’re bipartisan! Twice as partisan for Barack Hussein!

Continuing, the group’s website states: “Although there is only a short period of time until the election…, there is much work to be done for supporters of Barack Obama’s candidacy. [MAFO] was formed to offer a vehicle for Muslim-Americans to mobilize quickly and effectively so that our community turns out in great numbers for Barack Obama on Election Day.”

The “Allah for Obama” events–just kidding they’re not called that, well, literally–are schedule in Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Ohio.

Robert Spencer is director of Jihad Watch, a project of the David Horowitz Freedom Center. He argues MAFO may be skirting the law.

“When they are running these voter registration drives at mosques, really it’s essentially illegal because they are clearly trying to get people to vote for Obama — and that’s in violation of their tax-exempt status,” Spencer charges. “So this is a group that is crossing the line and ought to be disciplined as such.”

The Jihad Watch leader, however, figures that is not likely to happen. “…I kind of doubt that they will be [disciplined], given the politically correct atmosphere nowadays,” he says. “I wouldn’t be the least surprised if no action is taken against them.”

If a group called “Christian for McCain” was hosting events at churches for a bipartisan get out the vote effort what would the reactions be? This year has been full of double standards. Barack Obama has gotten away with far more than McCain has been accused of. Could McCain be good friends with a none repentant terrorist or a racist preacher? Of course not. This just adds on top of political correctness run wild in the name of Obama the messiah. Oh, and expect the MSM to talk about this one.

John McCain has always been an independents favorite man. Up until just recently John has also always been the Democrats favorite man also. John McCain is kind of like the Joe Lieberman for Democrats. You’ve seen the videos circulating of Biden and Hillary praising McCain. In reality it’s nothing new. It’s quite funny that since McCain is now the enemy they are trying to paint him as another President Bush. They revile George Bush but they used to adore McCain. I guess the love fest is over.

Hillary Clinton

“I think you’ll be able to imagine many things Senator McCain will be able to say,” she said. “He’s never been the president, but he will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Senator Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002.”

Her husband things highly of him as well.

“He paid as high a price as you can pay to serve this country without getting killed, and we have to honor that,” Clinton said. “[And] he has some redeeming qualities for a Republican: he doesn’t believe in torture, he supported campaign finance reform, and he doesn’t think global warming is a myth… So it is not gonna be all that easy to beat him.”

“She and John McCain are very close,” Clinton said. “They always laugh that if they wound up being the nominees of their party, it would be the most civilized election in American history, and they’re afraid they’d put the voters to sleep because they like and respect each other.”

“…John McCain has the best record of any Republican running for president on the energy issue and on climate change.”

Joe Biden

“The only guy on the other side who’s qualified is John McCain.”

“John McCain is a personal friend, a great friend, and I would be honored to run with or against John McCain, because I think the country would be better off, be well off no matter who won”

“I’ve been calling for more troops for over two years, along with John McCain and others subsequent to my saying that.”

“To his credit, John repudiates some of the Bush administration’s approach to the world,” Biden said. “He recognizes that the power of our example is as important as the example of our power … that allies we respect, not disdain, can advance our interests. He is especially eloquent about his abhorrence for war — as John is uniquely placed to be.”

Biden said on CBS’s, “Face The Nation,” that he’d “feel a lot better” if he knew Bush “was going to start to listen to John McCain instead of the secretary of defense, because they have totally different — no, I shouldn’t say totally — many — have very different views of how to proceed.”

“I consider him my friend,” Biden said. “I believe if neither he nor I were senators and I picked up a phone and called him and said, ‘I need you to show up at such-and-such a place, I can’t tell you why,’ he would be there.”

In a 2005 appearance on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” Biden in an answer that was excerpted in the recent McCain ad, said that he “would be honored to run with, or against, John McCain, because I think the country would be better off — be well off no matter who …” Stewart interrupted him, saying “Did I hear with?” When Biden began to offer a noncommittal answer, Stewart pressed him. “Don’t become cottage cheese, my friend. Say it.” And Biden responded, “The answer is yes.”

John Kerry

“I have enormous respect for him. He is a courageous, patriotic American - who stands up for what he believes”

Howard Dean

I admire Senator McCain greatly, he’s one of the people we modeled our campaign over because he is very direct, very blunt, and nobody has to guess at what he’s thinking.

Tom Daschle
“He can work with Democrats on key issues…he has worked with us.”

Sen. Russ Feingold
“I love John McCain. I think he is a great guy”

They act like they hate him now but that wasn’t always the case. It’s not exactly a good thing to have the praise of Biden and Clinton company but it is an interesting note. It definitely speaks to John McCain’s independant streak. Just like always the Democrats can rn but the can’t hide from their own words.

Barack Obama may soon be under scrutiny for possibly accepting online donations illegally. A lawyer for the Republican National Committee today said the party will ask the Federal Election Commission to look into the source of thousands of small-dollar contributions to the presidential campaign of Sen. Barack Obama.

The accusations are that Obama camp has looked the other way as suspicious constributions piled up from possibly foreign donors. The accusations have stemmed from a recent report in Newsweek of several donations under obviously fake names. The fake names, two of which are “Good Will” and “Dodad Pro,” donated only small amounts of cash but several times amounting up to a total of $28,130 which is $23,530 over their combined legal limit.

The Newsweek report says that earlier this year the Obama campaign returned $33,000 to two Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip who had bought T-shirts in bulk from the campaign’s online store — purchases that count as campaign contributions. The brothers had listed their address as “Ga.,” which the campaign took to mean Georgia rather than Gaza. Quite a lame excuse considering I’m sure they weren’t mailed to Georgia.

The Obama camp’s response gives the impression that Obama isn’t concerned about the donations being illegal.

“While no organization is completely protected from Internet fraud, we will continue to review our fundraising procedures,” Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt told the magazine.

At the heart of the RNC complaint is a federal fundraising rule that lets campaigns accept donations under $200 without itemizing the names and addresses of the donors on its campaign finance reports. The rule was intended as a matter of practicality — it did not seem reasonable to ask a campaign to gather that information from every five-dollar donor.

But the Obama campaign has raised more than $200 million this way, a staggering sum for donations that will not be subjected to outside scrutiny. This election year presents problems in the form of voter fraud and now seems to stem into donation fraud. Barack Obama’s popularity over seas may have inspired several people to break American law by finding ways around the system and gave to Obama’s campaign. With the campaign’s obvious disregard to law and no real desire to fight against these illegal donations a full investigation is needed.

We can’t allow this election to be stolen in any shape or form. Barack Obama has previously flip-flopped on public financing and is so hungry for money that he is now allowing questionable donations to come into his campaign. For a candidate to desire funds so badly that they aren’t doing everything they can to avoid illegal activities reveals that they are corrupt and Obama is not fit for presidency. Do not allow Barack Obama to break the law. There must be an investigation and charges brought to the table if they are found to be neglecting these illegal donations.

For the 4th district of Pennsylvania Melissa Hart has always been the people’s politician. Melissa held the district from 2000 till 2007 when, due to the overall disdain for the Republican Party, was ousted by Jason Altmire. Because of the overall party’s downfall Hart was sent out of the office and replaced by a first term and unqualified Democrat. Hart has always been for the people, never for a specific party, and is the right person for this area.

Jason Altmire is not the kind of guy that needs to be representing our district. Altmire is a typical Democrat, he voted against funding our troops while aligning himself with extremist hack John Murtha–the guy that accused marines of killing civilians in “cold blood” without any sort of evidence. Altmire has also failed to put our area first in his priorities. A recent ad ran by Altmire gives himself credit for ensuring that U.S- manufactured Steel is used to build the fences that protect our borders. The problem with that lie is that he voted against fully funding last year. Hart has always proven herself strong on illegal immigration, an issue that hits us hard due to our jobs being outsourced.

If you’re in the 4th district–Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer and Westmoreland Counties–it’s important to remember the things that Hart will do and has done for our area. Melissa will utilized her position to strengthen efforts to grow our local economy. She will work aggressively to help our communities utilize federal grants and other programs to expand economic development. Hart is also a candidate with strong support for our elderly population and will fight to protect Social Security for current and future retirees. She will reduce tax burdens on individuals and businesses, provide access to quality health care by supporting a prescription drug benefit in Medicare and and work toward medical malpractice reform and has already promoted our economic development through rebuilding local infrastructure such as re-designating Route 60 as a federal highway.

Melissa Hart is a conservative that is ready to fight for the people. She is strong on issues of life, health care, alternative energy, illegal immigration, the economy and supporting our veterans and elderly. She has the experience to deal with our current crises and is fit for the job. The people of the 4th district have always counted on Melissa to get the job done. There’s a reason why a mostly Democratic Party controlled area would vote in a Republican three times. The unpopularity of the Republican Party should not cause you to avoid voting for someone that transcends political partisanship. Melissa is right for our district and right for our country. Vote for someone that will put the people of Western Pennsylvania back on track and move us forward.

Say no Altmire and yes to someone that wants to fight for you.

It’s almost impossible not to be connected to a few questionable people. The people that you decide to do business and associate with on a professional level is a whole other story. Barack Obama’s choice of friends is an interesting one. Not only did he reside under a racist and anti-American pastor for twenty years he has also mingled with a unapologetic terrorist and a fraudulent slum lord. You begin to wonder the type of people that would be pardoned under an Obama administration. President Clinton was famous for his pardons and set free close to 500 people, 140 in the last hours of his final day in office.

Barack Obama would most likely look to break Clinton’s record. If he calls a terrorist his friend you can guarantee he also associates with other criminals. Tony Rezko—recently indicted on charges he solicited kickbacks from companies seeking state pension business—has been a friend of Obama’s since the 90’s and will more than likely be getting a pardon from a President Obama. Everyone has heard about Jeremiah Wright by now and it’s hard for Obama to separate himself from his twenty year pastor and mentor. Wright is an anti-American racist that happens to believe the white devil created AIDS to kill blacks. The worst of connections is Obama’s friendliness and history with Weather Underground member and terrorist William Ayers. Obama has tried to distance himself from Ayers but you can’t hide a relationship that helped launch your career.

If Obama finds it necessary to align himself with racists, terrorists and criminals what kind of people will he appoint to offices and the courts? You have to assume that Obama would put people into office that have scratched his back over the years. That’s how it works. Do you think Bill Clinton pardoned people out of love? No, there is always a reason politicians decide to pour mercy on someone. Obama is almost guaranteed to bring these types of criminals and radicals into positions of power. Do you want radicals that hate America as much as Obama does to be in office? Are you ready for anti-constitutionalists to be in the courts? I’m not and it’s important to fight this corruption.

Obama can’t erase his connections and we won’t let him get away with it. Birds of a feather flock together. You have to question these presidential candidates for who they are, not just on the issues, but by their reputations and the people they do business with. When Obama sits down for the first time in the White House the first thing that will happen is that his phone is going to ring. On the other line will be criminals that have scratched his back over the years asking for him to pay his dues.

Obama has decided to be friends with a convicted terrorist so how can he be trusted with the power that comes with being president? Obama has sat in the pews of a racist anti-American for twenty years so how can he be trusted to appoint Supreme Court Justices? Lastly, Obama has been best buds with a slum lord and indicted criminal in which he bought property from so how can he be trusted to lead this country when his own judgment is poor and unreliable? The answer is simple, he can’t be.

For Barack Obama the political atmosphere couldn’t be in a better position for his campaign. After eight years of a historically unpopular president the country is more than willing to change things around. When you add that on top of a crumbling economy you have a situation where it is almost impossible for Obama to lose. If Barack Obama can’t pull a win in for the Democratic Party it is a sign that the people of America won’t vote for a socialist no matter how grim our current situation is. The fact that McCain is holding on so well is a testament to the popularity of freedom. Our citizens as a whole will not side with socialism without a fight. A fight we may lose but a battle worth the struggle.

On paper the battle should be a done deal. Barack Obama should be standing tall with at least a ten point lead. The Obama camp knows that their ticket to victory is not by defeating McCain but by defeating his reputation. The big plan is to convince enough Americans that John McCain is another President Bush. Forget about the fact that McCain has always done things his own way. Their job is to convince everyone that McCain is not his own man. This is a tricky maneuver. The Democratic Party and independents were once madly in love with John. Once it became clear that he was going to be their opponent they had to have a quick change of heart. The current liberal machine is out on a mission to completely erase the reputation of a man they would have previously been proud to call one of their own.

But John McCain isn’t successful because he got in line with George Bush. His success is due to the fact he has done the exact opposite over the years. The criticism McCain has been served from conservatives in his party isn’t because he represents Bush. It’s been because his party loyalty has been in question. His willingness to follow along with our values has been brought into question. George Bush is clearly no conservative either but he is nothing like John McCain. John is clearly the worse nightmare of the Democratic Party. Who else could put Pennsylvania in play and tame the messiah? Barack is a superstar–seen as the savior of the world–yet he isn’t running away with this contest without a fight.

John McCain is a Republican, he supports the Iraq War and is socially conservative. If a Democratic strategist was asked to create the best case scenario for their candidate to go up against these traits would be on top of their list. With all of his flaws John McCain still represents the Republican Party in fantastic fashion. But we’re not looking at a contest where we are down and out. We are down in the polls but after all that has happened we shouldn’t even have the slimmest of chances of winning. This tells me that the conservative movement is still alive. Some people in America still believe in the greatness of their country. Some people still believe in the very capitalist system our country was founded on. If Obama loses you can bet things are going to get nasty. More importantly, if Obama loses, it is the only proof you need to know that America is still alive and kicking.

The first version of the bailout bill was bad. The final passed version was even worse. The simple four page bill swelled into it’s final version of over 400 pages. What’s the stuff in these pages? Millions of dollars in pork. The original bill that would give away trillions of dollars to corrupt bankers wasn’t big enough so they had to add earmarks to make the bill even worse. The first bill was shot down by the House. The second bill was ten times worse and it passed. Brilliant.

If congress is so happy with themselves and the idea of bailing of Wall St. Why don’t they empty their own wallets? Unlike a lot of these people I don’t make millions of dollars a year. I don’t live a king’s lifestyle at the expense of the tax payer. The total net worth of those in the Senate and House is easily a couple billion dollars. They don’t have to worry about any financial trouble. They’ll still drive their Porsche’s and live in their mansions. Us? Well we’re still working for a living.

The reason that this bailout has angered so many people is because it is nothing short of robbery. They’re going to hand out blank checks in our names to save failed banks. The same banks that change us ridiculous fees and never come running when we need help. The same banks that were run into the ground by corrupt ceo’s that got rich while doing it. We’re out here struggling to get by and now we have to keep failed corporations alive.

It also goes beyond that. We’re all sitting back while people some of us voted into office ignore our complaints. They act like we’re too stupid to know what’s good for ourselves. Congress goes about doing whatever it wants without listening to us, without following constitutional restraints and without even understanding what they’re voting for. This bill is so complex that even veteran investors wouldn’t know what it all means. The only thing congress wanted was to do something. Didn’t have to be the best answer or the necessary answer. Just something. That way, when everything comes tumbling down they can look at us and say, “hey, we tried.”

Not good enough.

Here’s a video of Ron Paul talking about the bill. Say what you will about him but he couldn’t be more correct on this issue.

It was just a few days ago that the House stood above their own selfish desires and spoke for the American people. For a moment the country knew that their opinion mattered. We felt for that small period of time that the Representatives were actually representing us. Well, throw that out the window. The House has done the flip-flop of the century. It’s no longer about representing us, you know, that whole Democracy spiel, it’s about protecting us. Oh great congress, protect us because we don’t know what’s good for us.

I want to congratulate any local Representative that said yes for making the decision on who to vote for easier for me. I no longer have to look at that long list of issues. I now get to vote out all you people that have propped up the corruption and greed on Wall St. that caused this problem to begin with. I cannot begin to explain the anger that I have for these so called Representatives. I am ashamed of you all and hope the public kicks you out of office as fast as you kicked all of us onto the streets to stuff the pockets of these corporate billionaires.

You hear that? That’s the sound of America crumbling. That’s the sound of capitalism being hung out to dry. Goodbye great country that our founding father’s would now be ashamed of. That idea of personal responsibility? Gone. That sense of government checks and balances? Gone. The banks that ran themselves into the ground while bathing in hundred dollar bills? Oh, they’re going to be just fine.

Roll call list, or hall of shame list, will be posted as soon as these goons finish up.

You should all be very sore right now. You’re being screwed royally.

Final numbers: 263-171

The House was victorious the first time around in knocking down the trillion dollar bailout. The Senate failed to do so and was more than happy to butter it up with earmarks before finally passing it. It’s not clear what the House will do to change the bill today but it is clear that it will probably pass. I want these so-called Representatives to know that just because they supported it the first time around doesn’t mean they can jump ship now and expect us to support them. No to the bailout. Just say no.

The rumors floating around seem to point to key detractors deciding to change their vote. The House decided to stand up for American citizens the first time around but for some apparent reason a lot of them have had a change of heart. Maybe they had an epiphany, maybe someone stuff their pockets, maybe they started using drugs; whatever the case may be, the are ready to bailout Wall St. by writing our names on a blank check.

There is something we can do. First, pick up the phone and yell at your local Representative. Let them know that you will not support someone that wants to rob us in our sleep. Number two, vote out those that decide to throw us off the ship. These people are up for election in November and shouldn’t be put back into office if they can’t even represent the general public.

Some updates from Michelle and information on those that may convert.

On Wednesday, Politico listed 12 members who might switch their vote from No to Yes: Rep. Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.), Rep. David Scott (D-Ga.), Rep. Hilda L. Solis (D-Calif.), Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-Nev.), Rep. Bill Delahunt (D-Mass.), Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin (D-S.D.). House e-mail is not reliable. Make phone calls or send faxes. Call 202-224-3121 for the U.S. House of Representatives switchboard operator. Phone numbers for specific members are listed here.

Updates: Delahunt now says he will oppose the bill. Ramstad says he will vote yes. LaTourette will try to strip pork projects from the bill. Frelinghuysen says he is “encouraged by many of the improvements made” in the Senate.

Let’s get on this and stop the bailout of the century.
I’m not sure what the case was last night for Biden but he made several comments that were absolutely wrong. Palin got a few wrong herself but for a man that has been a Washington insider since ‘72 you might think he’d get it right. We are talking about the man that was on the McCain wagon before he got picked up as VP. That’s another story.

McCain voted against troop funding bill because it had a troop withdrawal time table in it.

Simply false. While McCain was clearly opposed to the bill because of the timetable for surrender but he didn’t vote against the bill. In fact he didn’t vote for the bill at all. Sure, this allows McCain to disprove of the bill and also claim that he didn’t vote against it but Biden should have stated the actual details. When the funding bill came around without the withdrawal Obama voted against it.

Obama did not support increasing taxes for families making $42,000 a year

This is one of those deals that Biden would have been better off explaining then completely denying. The measure that Palin was referring to did raise taxes on people making just $42,000 a year. The important part to note is that approximately $15 is the amount that would be raised. Obama supported raising the amount of people that fall into the 25 percent tax bracket to 28 percent. That would lead to a person making as low at $32,000 in taxable income to have their taxes raised. Very little, but still raised.

McCain would not meet with Spain

This is a confusing one because I’m not sure where Biden got this idea. What is true
